We are happy to receive the Subtitles LR numbers for Silver 2, Silver 3, Imani Gardens and Savanna Gardens. The Titles will be out very soon. We appreciate out clients for their patience and amazing support.

You can visit our offices to sign your transfer forms as the process is ongoing.

We have extended Imani Gardens and added 11 plots. They are all in 1/8th. This extension will be value added as it has been our policy in our products.

A consortium of which Optiven is a corporate member has expressed interest to take the project to the next level. We therefore invite you for a goat eating cum project presentation of the Imani Gardens concept on 16th June 2012.

The venue shall be Boulders Restaurant at Kitengela starting from 2pm.

It will be a golden opportunity to make Imani Gardens Homes a masterpiece settlement estate.

On 20th April 2012, Optiven Enterprises Ltd and Rafiki DTM signed an M.O.U among them. The ceremony was graced by Mr George Wachiuri (Optiven Enterprises Ltd), Mr Danny Mavindu ( C.E.O Rafiki DTM), Mr George Mbira ( General Manager Rafiki DTM) and  Mr Charles Muraguri (Optiven Enterprises). In attendance were Optiven Staff and Rafiki DTM staff.

Kitengela Town is a fast growing town with very developed structures and infrastructure. It is well equipped with the necessary social amenities for the society.

• Kindly come to our offices and sign the Land Transfer forms in Triplicate.
• Those who are willing to do the transfers on their own could kindly come and pick the sub-titles from our head office in Nairobi.
• All clients who purchased through bank financing to come to our offices and sign land transfer documents for onward forwarding to the Bank Lawyer.

• The Title deeds for Silver Phase 2 &3, Savanna and Imani shall be available soon.

Optiven Enterprises Ltd is humbled by the KFS gesture of donating 200 indigenous trees which will be planted in Savanna Gardens.  We were received by Mr. David Maina (District Forest Officer- Isinya) and Mr. Kurgat Alfred Kipchumba (KFS Zonal Manager -Kajiado) on 24^th November 2011 during the donation. We have 7 acres reserved for tree planting at Savanna Gardens. This activity will ensure beautification of the environment for people to just sit and relax.
