I live in the United States and I purchased a prime plot in early 2011 at Dalex Estate, Kitengela through Optiven, the project is a gated community and controlled development. I am a very happy client first and foremost because the investment was as good as advertised and also because the process was made very easy by all the services offered by George Wachiuri. He was very honest and respectful; most of the paperwork was executed by him together with my personal representative on the ground. George also offered all the referrals to the financing bank and to the lawyers handling the transaction. I know most Kenyans living in the Diaspora are afraid of losing their hard earned money in shoddy deals but I can personally testify that George Wachiuri (C.E.O- Optiven Enterprises Ltd) is a very honest real estate developer and I would not hesitate to buy another property from his company.
