Every KES 300,000 you pay as deposit or instalment earns KES 3,000 back. Promo prices are paid in full, in cash.

- Cashback: KES 3,000 for every KES 300,000 you place as deposit or instalment in November. Cashback is earned in full KES 300,000 blocks. For example, KES 3,995,000 paid earns KES 39,000.
- The cashback amounts shown on property cards assume you pay that property's from-price in November. Your actual cashback depends on what you pay.
- Cashback does not apply to promotional prices. This includes Malindi Gardens Phase 9 at KES 149,000 and Furaha Farms at KES 339,000 per ⅛ acre.
