Project Map & Site Visit

You go for a site visit and pick your preferred plot. As a diaspora investor, you can send a trusted representative (such as a family member) to inspect the plot on your behalf, or review the project map remotely.
Plot Availability

We confirm availability of the project and send the booking form.
Payment Process

You select your terms of payment within your budget.
Offer Letter

We send you an offer letter.
Sale Agreement

Our lawyer prepares a sale agreement, then you verify the information.
Transfer Documents

You send us a copy of your ID, PIN, and three passport-size photos.
Title Deed Registration

We send all completion documents to the land registry for title transfer and registration. Title handover takes 30 days from completion of payment.
Title Deed Issuing

We send you a copy of the title deed. The original can be shipped to you via international courier, or collected in person during Optiven's foreign investor trips.
