Real Estate Sales Executives – 20 Positions

We seek to hire an ambitious Sales Executive to aid us grow our business in the real estate sector. The successful person will be required to do the following;

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects
  2. 2. Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
  3. 3. Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the real estate market
  4. 4. Liaise with the Sales Managers periodically to identify and seal business opportunities
  5. 5. Plan and implement strategies to improve market share
  6. 6. Assist in the development of weekly and monthly targets to boost annual sales goals
  7. 7. Provide periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  8. 8. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements
  9. 9. Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  10. 10. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
  11. 11. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
    12. Assist marketing team in preparing necessary collateral material
  12. 13. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property deals
  13. 14. Represent the company in all sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
  14. 15. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge.

  1. Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Sales & Marketing, business management, finance, marketing, or any other related field. At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management
  2. 2. Proven track record of sourcing and securing new business
  3. 3. Thorough knowledge of Real Estate industry
  4. 4. Ability to achieve sales targets
  5. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  6. 6. Well-groomed with excellent presentation skills
  7. 7. Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  8. 8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  9. 9. Should be a person of high integrity and honest
  10. 10. Pleasant personality, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision
