We seek to hire at least Ten (10) experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidates to fill in the role of Sales and Marketing Executive.  The desired persons will be stationed in Kampala, Uganda. They will be reporting to the Country Team Leader dotted Head of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
  2. Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other forms of media
  3. Source for new business opportunities by approaching prospects
  4. Ensure strong understanding of the company value proposition in the Uganda and other countries
  5. Liaise with the Sales Team Leader periodically to identify and seal business opportunities
  6. Keep abreast of developments in the Real Estate Market in Uganda and in Kenya so as to provide evidence-based advice to clients i.e. Prices, legal requirements and related matters
  7. Support the development and implementation of a branding and marketing strategy in the country and outside the country
  8. Provide after sale customer services and maintaining a client and potential client database in the company’s files
  9. Provide periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
  10. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements
  11. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  12. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as sale agreements and titles
  13. Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  14. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property sales deals
  15. Represent the company in all sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences, and events in the Uganda and beyond
  16. Manage company property and assets entrusted to the jobholder for marketing and sales purpose
  17. Carry out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive in the real estate sector, one of which is in Corporate Sales.
  • Proven experience working with corporates, creating partnerships, and delivering projects.
  • Ugandan nationals have an added advantage 
  • A competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Skills in executive corporate presentations.
  • Must be ready to commence work immediately.
