We at Optiven Group are extremely humbled and thankful to God as we receive all Land Reference Numbers (LR Nos) for all the plots in Amani Ridge/Kiambu/Ruiru This is a great and very humbling development. We now move to the next phase of receiving the printed deed plans for every plot. The final step will be receiving the Lease Titles for every plot. We thank God for His favour as we foresee beating our deadline of 24 months. We are now at 5 months since commencement of this high end project.
