According to Mugo, the Garden of Joy by Optiven is one of the ready to build projects that have the value additions under four stars. Already the project has seen a growing number of investors building their dream homes owing to the transformation of the project.

At the Garden of Joy, it is clear that the project is the choice home for many owing to the vast installation of solar street lights, a beautiful gate, a perimeter fence, water and electricity on site, and of course numerous fully grown trees that mark the individually beaconed plots across the project.

Ethel Kipoto, the Head of Legal thanked the winners under the Optiven/Tuskys partnership noting that for Optiven the promise had been realized through issuance of the 20 title deeds to the winners. The title deeds were handed over to them by Racheal Ndunge, the Head of Sales and Tom Kibet, the Regional Manager for Eastern, amidst much celebration. Optiven, has spread it’s wings further by ensuring that even investors in the diaspora continue to empower customers first to own land and secondly to seal the engagement by ensuring they get a title deed for their investment with Optiven.

Mugo says this is a part of the company’s culture to keep it’s promise to those that have trusted the Optiven brand to invest in land and receive the title deed as proof of ownership. The initiative to bestow title deeds to customers who have completed their payments continued beyond the borders with different investors of different projects receiving their document of ownership in countries such as Finland, America, Japan and the United Kingdom.
