Just a month after the official launch of Kimuka’s newest project by Optiven, the value additions kicked off in earnest this August 2025. The Optiven projects team was at Achievers Paradise Phase 1B in Kimuka from the 8th of August to kickstart the constructions of roads across the project. This follows the erection of beacons on the new project as well as installation of the perimeter fencing.

The Optiven Point spent time with Felix Mumo and Enos Orongo both project champions who noted that the promise to fasttrack the value additions is intentional as investors are buying to build. Already the projects first two phases are sold out with investors already building their dream house at the jewel project in Kimuka.
