The newest phase at Achievers Paradise Kimuka Phase 1 by Optiven is already receiving transformation in terms of value additions. The project by Optiven that has received great interest preceded the second phase that was launched this June.

This July the project has seen the construction of culverts going on. The move will ensure that the storm water at the project is well managed to improve drainage and continue to make Achievers Paradise Kimuka Phase 2 a ready to build project.
