Optiven Limited hosted Co-operative Bank of Kenya and Everstrong Maskani LLP, at the Optiven Global Office in Karen in a new collaboration aimed at simplifying land acquisition, home construction, and financing. This collaboration is designed to empower families socially and economically by making homeownership more accessible and transparent.

Under the newly launched initiative, Optiven will assist investors in owning land, Everstrong Maskani LLP will provide professional advice and handle home design and construction, while Cooperative Bank of Kenya will offer financing through loans of up to KSh 10.5 million at single-digit interest rates, 9.5% fixed for the term of the loan, up to 25 years.
This financing option is available for homes valued at no more than KSh 15 million under the Kenya Mortgage Refinancing Company (KMRC) model. Dubbed the Maskani Bora Turnkey project, this home construction initiative promises to deliver completed homes within 12 months.
Optiven Limited provides quality land options across key developments and delivers professional construction services. Both partners operate within Co-operative Bank’s integrated framework to ensure seamless customer experience. Everstrong Maskani LLP manages the complete construction process through direct customer contracts. The company provides structural guarantees, defect liability clauses, and insurance coverage during construction.
The collaboration aims to financially cushion investors, guarantee quality workmanship, and eliminate hidden costs and unreliability often experienced in the construction sector. Additionally, a system of checks and balances has been developed to ensure transparency among all stakeholders involved.
