Optiven’s Diaspora teams in Oceania and Africa, this August 2025 were in Australia and Seychelles. The Oceania team was represented by Dennis Mwangi, Sales and Marketing Manager who was in the city of Melbourne from the 20th of August 2025. Mr. Mwangi has been activating the Australian market for years now and is making his third return to the market.

The Africa representatives arrived in Mahe Seychelles on 27th of August 2025 for the first time to raise the Optiven flag in the tropical archipelago nation of over 100 islands in the Indian Ocean. Nicolas Rop and Enos Orongo, both Senior Sales and Marketing Managers at Optiven were in Seychelles to deliver the Optiven Promise as well as offer the great opportunities to invest with Optiven under the projects available for non citizens. The team later met with Kenyans living and working in Seychelles as well as delivered title deeds for those among them who had completed their payments for different projects.
Dr. George Wachiuri, Optiven Group’s Chief Executive Officer says Africa remains a key market for Optiven and the diaspora therein are focused on investing back home. Dr. Wachiuri has been leading Optiven’s #TeamAfrica in the efforts to create a paradigm shift in the investment sector where real estate is concerned. Among the countries he has visited include Rwanda, South Africa, Zambia, and Nigeria among others.
