
The Customer Service Week 2025 kicked off in style and on a high at Optiven Limited under the theme “Mission Possible.” The celebration was officially launched by the Optiven Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. George Wachiuri, and chaperoned by Christine Kasaya, Associate Director Customer Experience, Digital Marketing and Global Markets.

During the launch, we announced an early Black Friday for an eighth of an acre at the recently launched Malindi Phase 8 by Optiven.
