Investors at Malindi 8 project by Optiven will benefit from a special offer this week. The offer coincides with the company’s celebrations for Customer Service Week 2025 under the theme Mission Possible.

Under the offer

  • Investors will pay 139,000 shillings for an eighth acre plot that would otherwise cost them 159,000 shillings.
  • The cash offer also affords the investors a free round trip air ticket to Malindi and cost free title deed processing all courtesy of Optiven Limited.
