The official ground breaking for the stone perimeter wall at Achievers Paradise Phase 2 in Kimuka has been launched. The event which took place at the project was attended by Optiven leadership and staff led by the Group Chief Executive Officer Dr. George Wachiuri, accompanied by partners from the National Bank – a Financier and Bejoy Enterprises – a constructor, as well as investors who have bought properties at the project.

Already a number of investors at the project have commenced building their dream houses as part of the larger vision of settling families into their own homes. The project which is 73% sold has twelve plots remaining.
