Job Title: Corporate Sales Executives
Work Station: Karen Office – Optiven Global Office


Optiven Real Estate seeks to hire results-oriented, experienced, and self-driven CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVES responsible for creating corporate partnerships, sales, and Marketing of Optiven products and services. Successful candidates will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing.


  1. Conduct market research and analysis to determine corporate needs, potential, and investment opportunities
  2. Create systematic and consistent corporate partnerships and lead generations
  3. Ensure a strong understanding of the company’s value proposition, products, and services to create awareness
  4. Liaise with the Sales Managers and Head of Sales periodically to identify and seal business opportunities
  5. Progressively maintain potential clients’ and potential corporates’ databases and ensure regular engagements for further partnerships
  6. Provide periodically (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
  7. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, and recommending service improvements
  8. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and ensure payment are received
  9. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property sales deals
  10. Represent the company in all sales meetings, and participate in seminars, conferences, and events
  11. Carry out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.


  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with corporates, creating partnerships, and delivering projects
  • Skilled in executive corporate presentations
  • A competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
  • At least three (3) years of experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive in the real estate sector, one of which is in Corporate Sales
  • Must be ready to commence work immediately.
