Investors with Optiven Limited have been encouraged to collect their title deeds following the completion of their investments in over 60 projects under the Optiven portfolio. Under a special campaign dubbed, “YourLandYourLegacy” the initiative aims to reach out to investors who over the years have been customers but are yet to collect their title deeds. The initiative also aims to advise investors on the status of processing of their title deeds where the same has not been issued by the government.

Dr. Wachiuri while speaking on the subject noted that it is imperative for investors to take up their title deeds so as to enable them begin their journey in building their dream homes. According to Wachiuri, “title deeds are key documents for investors in real estate as they are required before the development of the project begins. ”
