Optiven Limited is currently running a title deed collection drive as it encourages investors on all it’s projects to start building. The campaign which targets investors who have completed their payments for properties within the Optiven portfolio has seen hundreds of investors visiting the Optiven offices to collect their title deeds.

Dr. George Wachiuri, the Optiven Group Chief Executive Officer says the move is meant to actualise the ownership process that marks the purchase of property by the investors. Wachiuri adds, “for us as Optiven this marks the realization of our core business mission which is to empower investors to own land and the title deed is the medal that confirms the process is completed.”

Dr. Wachiuri has also taken the opportunity to thank all the investors who have taken time to visit the new offices and to collect their title deeds. He says, “on behalf of the Optiven team we are honoured to have the unique opportunity to handover title deeds to our clients and of course celebrate the journey of investment in real estate with them and their loved ones – it is indeed a dream come true for us as a company”. https://www.optiven.co.ke/newsblogs/optiven-launches-title-collection-drive-customers-to-collect-titles/

His sentiments are echoed by the CPA Anthony Mwangi, Manager of the Optiven Title Management Centre. The Optiven Point, the company’s official news channel caught up with him to find out the importance of customers collecting their title deeds. He says, “for any serious investor in real estate, having your title deed in your custody is part of securing your investment. The document is also a key in the event you need a loan and thus becomes your security against it. And finally the custody of the title deed is a sign of ownership indicating the holder is the bong fide owner of the said property.”

Optiven investors with completed payments can collect their title deeds at the Optiven Global Office located at Zamani Business Park in Karen. As of 2026, a major title collection drive is underway for over 60 projects.
