November is typically associated with the Black Deals that translate to affordable flash sales across the board. The case was not any different in the case of Optiven except that the investors were treated to a menu of goodies at affordable prices as we launched GREEN DEALS. Among the projects that were considered under the campaign were Wema Gardens in Naromoru, Malindi Gardens Phase 8 and Ushindi Gardens in Nakuru.
Mr. Joseph Alando, General Manager at Optiven spoke to The Optiven Point and noted that, “the Green Deals offering is meant for those who have been dreaming of owning property but were having challenges. The campaign which was centered on two projects favored customers who were prepared to make cash payments in lumpsum for their preferred projects. The campaign was also week based which means it was clustered on a week by week pattern where the said payments were to be received within the specified dates. From affordable properties for as little as 139,000 shillings, investors were able to invest with ease thanks to the Black November, Green Deals campaign.
Speaking to The Optiven Point from Kisii County, Prudence Mwita, a resident of Kisii County expressed her appreciation for the campaign. She noted that the Green Deals were indeed a game changer for her as she had purposed to invest in real estate specifically in Nakuru. Prudence said, “thank you Optiven for empowering my family by enabling us to invest at Ushindi Gardens. To celebrate the Green Deals, we are taking the 100,000 shillings savings and investing it in Malindi Gardens Phase 8 for our future. ” Indeed hers is a testimony of Optiven’s agenda to inspire possibilities
